Rusden Wines regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers.

We do not record or store any credit card numbers.

We endeavour to protect information gathered to process your order from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Information we hold will not be sold, rented, used or disclosed to any parties not directly involved in our business.

Rusden Wines may from time to time send correspondence to you in various forms regarding offers and information. Should you no longer wish to receive information from Rusden Wines please contact us via phone or email.

PRICING & SHIPPING

All our prices are in Australian Dollars. Packaging, handling and freight costs are calculated upon checkout, should they apply.

Price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

All items are shipped using Australia Post. Delivery can be to a street address or a Post Office Box.

Under normal circumstances goods will be dispatched upon receipt of proof of payment made and funds cleared in our bank. If an order cannot be filled, the customer will be notified and advised as to when the order can be completed, subject to availability of the product/s purchased or a refund will be available if requested.

Please note that a person over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery. Australian laws prevents us from selling wine to anyone under the age of 18 years old.

RETURNS

At Rusden Wines we stand by the quality of our products.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch.

Returns cannot be accepted on the basis of not liking the product, however we will replace products which are found to be faulty.

All claims must be notified by email using our Contact Us form so we can arrange return and where appropriate exchange or refund.
