Tasting Notes
Aromas of cherry, plum & blackberry jam complemented by some earthy spice. The palate sings with sour cherry, boysenberry and the more savoury tar, cocoa & dried herbs. Fine dusty tannins follow the sweet fruit and round out the palate nicely. Drink with pasta, pizza or lamb.
